Love the Moncler Womens Bady Quilted Hooded Jacket RoyalBlue
! I have been out in the rain in near hurricane weather and did not get wet at all. I use it mainly for running and it’s nice and light. Definitely have to layer underneath to stay warm, but does cut the wind down during a 10 mile run.
